you get up at 5:45 am to run 2 1/2 miles to the pool where you find freezing water, wind, whitecaps and the temperature hovering in the 50's.
Seriously, I only have 2 weeks and change till the Tri- I'm desperate to get this swimming thing down to a non-laughable level.
I am so impressed! I just don't have that kind of dedication! Good luck with the swimming... I've never been the greatest swimmer. Can't wait to hear how you do in your triathalon! :)

ReplyDeletehey I am so very impressed with you. I woke up at 5:45 this morning also but I didn't run that far. I walked most of the way and only ran 1/2 mile. but I am trying to work my way up there. I am very excited to see you in a few weeks. We will have to go running or something while you are here. I want to do the tri with you next year if you guys do it okay. Have a great week.
