What's that you say??

It's all about keeping myself humble.

Sunday during sacrament Kaden was patting my belly and asking about the baby. I showed him where I thought the baby's back was. He thought that was so cool. Then he asked "What part of the baby is this?"

"That's not part of the baby." He was pointing one of the other roly-poochy deals I've got goin on.

"So just your fat part in the middle is the baby!" He was so proud that he had it finally figured out. I just had to laugh...

And then I had the following conversation with my dentist just this morning.

"I think you are probably due for some x-rays, right?"

"Yeah, but I can't get them can I?" me pointing to my stomach.

"OH, are you pregnant?"

"Yeeeaaah."

Good thing I love this guy like I love my VT partners husband... I'm just keepin it real over here in pregnant and plump land.

  2. NICE... have you ever listened to Brian Regan? He has a bit where he talks about asking someone when the baby is due and she says "What baby?" :)

When my mom was pregnant, this little boy at church asked to look down her throat, because he wanted to see the baby! :)

  12. I hate it when that happens. Last time I was pregnant the kids asked Brian when he was going to have HIS baby! I laughed at that one for a long time.

  19. I didn't know we couldn't get xrays at the dentist :) Maybe they should just make a new rule that pregnant women don't have to endure the dentist!

I haven't asked you what you're having?! but I think I remember reading it was a girl. am I right?
