Birthday Love

Nicole and I worked long and hard on this cake. We started by fretting about the funky color we had created. We had a hard time remedying it but in the end the results were both beautiful and delicious!

Hope your 30th was fabulous Linds!

  5. The "L" was a fondant rolled around a wire, but next time I think I would try royal icing.

  18. I need your talent of making cakes look beautiful! I've been trying to decide what to do with Michael's first birthday cake, coming up in three weeks! If you have any easy suggestions I'd love to hear or see them, but remember I'm no expert like you!
