IDK (i don't know for the non-texters)

:: Brynns hair will NOT hold a curl for anything. It makes me sad. My efforts of the last two Sundays have been in vain.

:: If you hear your 3 year-old yelling at the top of her lungs "it's getting me daddy!" and she's in the bathroom RUN don't walk because it means your floor is covered with 2 inches of toilet water. True story, unfortunately. 2 loads of towels, and 1 ruined nap for mamma = disaster averted.

:: Thanksgiving was stuff-a-licious. Food, family, and playing Ticket to Ride creates a day of perfection for me. ;)

:: I actually went out on black Friday. To Wal*mart. By myself. Insane, I know. BUT I waited until 7:30 so call me not-so-crazy. I still got everything I wanted/needed there.

:: If your husband comments on your lack of blog posting.... you really haven't been posting.

:: Our Christmas decorations are all up. All we need is our tree, which is NOT fake so maybe this weekend? Can't wait!!

:: Christmas music makes me happy.

I am totally cracking up at the "it's getting me daddy" line. I am sure it wasn't so funny in person...but reading it...that's funny :)

Glad Thanksgiving was great for you. We played Ticket to Ride as well. Jared was the big winner with that one. I went to Black Friday too, but unfortunately, did not get the things I needed there. Glad to hear Christmas music makes you happy since you may be getting more of it soon...

Sydnee's hair is the exact same way. It will not curl no matter what I do. It's so sad, cuz she always wants her hair curly. Good luck getting your tree up and enjoy that Christmas music.

Poor Brynners got the Beck hair. I used to use "wash and curl" a shampoo, I think you can get it at Rite Aid. It worked pretty good. Also foam rollers seem to work, sometimes.

What is texting anyways?

We so far have been fortunate when it comes to toilet related distress signals from the girls. But sooner or later, that day will come.

My girl's hair never curls either. Drives me nuts!

I'm impressed you braved black Friday. I was supposed to but went promptly back to sleep instead...!

You are brave.....going to Walmart on Black Friday. But you were wise to wait a few hours for the crazies to burst through the doors and do their thing first. I do Black Friday every year; I love it!

ha ha.. i dragged holly's prego buns to wal mart too! We actually pulled an all nighter thurs night- fri. morning. It was absolutely insanse but still good, quality sister time! And I got what I wanted too!! Kohl's was way worse than wal- mart! (and I am glad the toilet didn't really get Byns)

I was going to suggest the foam rollers too. Do you think she would sleep in them?

I've never gone out on Black Friday, but if I were to do it, I think I would do it Heather style....7:30 sounds so much better than 5am!

Kuddos to Jeremy for getting to you post ;)

Hey, you didn't get trampled to death on black Friday, so I'd call it more than successful!

Ticket to Ride?

We went to Lowes to get our fresh tree tonight... but wait... what's that? You don't sell fresh trees at night time? Um... okay. No tree for us tonight. How lame is that?
Toilet water... ick. Hopefully you'll get a make-up nap soon!

Dude, do I have a Ticket To Ride story. I played it on Thanksgiving too! Except my friend Dave thwarted my path from Nashville to San Francisco and there was some swearing. Luckily he has a sense of humor and took it well, but it turns out I'm a very bad loser. Who knew?

It's true about the husband/blog thing. Ted doesn't even read my blog. I know, right?

I laughed when you wrote out IDK, because I had no clue what that meant.

I love Ticket to Ride too! It's a fun one. I have to agree about you husband comment.

Heather-
I have the same problem with Kendle's hair not staying curled. I have to use hot rollers or sponge rollers because the curling iron does nothing.

That's hilarious (I'm sure it wasn't for you at the time though) about the toilet water coming to attack. At least she yelled for dad!
