Deep*ish* Thoughts

We went to the ground breaking last night and the kids loved it. Who am I kidding? I loved it. It is amazing the see the growth in this area. The best part, for me, was looking around and recognizing so many people. We have lived in 4 different wards in this stake and Jeremy grew up here so we know a few people. The tight knit feel of this community is something I haven't really experienced before and it never ceases to amazes me. It's humbling to know how many people are really concerned for our family's well being. I can't tell you how many different people asked about the job search last night. Even a member of the Stake Presidency had some contacts/advice for us. And it's not because we are of high importance around here, it's just because we live in place where people are still down to earth and friendly.

So hurry up and find us job, we don't ever want to leave this little place we call home.

We haven't seen you guys in forever, by the way. You'll have to come over for dinner soon.

I love our ward, which means I also love our stake. I agree about how close all the wards are...I have never felt so "at home". I would hate for you guys to have to leave and hope you guys find work soon around here :)
Wish I could have gone last night!! I love the video.

We felt that when we lived in Oregon. Everyone was just close and really cared about each other.
Fingers crossed for finding a new job!
