Biznis of Cake

3rd Birthday

This girl loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and I think it turned out so cute.

See what I have to work with? I really love my job.
(kidding, kate)

Melanie's Baby Shower cake.
I flew solo on this one since our schedules didn't mesh.

My mother-in-law's birthday cake.
Yes, it was as good as it looks.

I've been wanting to try some old school piping scroll work for a while and this gave me the perfect excuse. I love the way it turned out.

The cakes are amazing! And the baby shower cake was SOOOO cute!

I love the way fondant looks! I just wish I loved how it tasted. I wish I could make a frosted cake look as stunning as a fondant cake. Any ideas besides basket-weave? That's all I know how to do. I want to make a cool cake for Jeremy's birthday, but he hates fondant (the taste, that is). Any ideas???
