I wish I knew how you did this. I wanted to do something similar on my blog for Veteran's Day. I have so much love for the people who serve in the military, and for their spouses and families who support them. They give so much, yet don't get near enough what they deserve. Thanks for the post!
This was a powerful video. Thank you for sharing it Heather. I went to the Veteren's Day assembly at the kids' school on Friday, and had the pleasure of sitting behind some friends from our ward. The husband has served in Iraq a couple of times and is (hopefully) home for good now. When they played Taps, this wonderful, selfless man was weeping. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank goodness there are men and women like him that are willing to serve their country.
I am so thankful for the veterans of our country. While visiting with my dad this weekend, he shared with us some of his experiences from the Vietnam War and I can't imagine being 19 and enduring some of the things he talked about. Most people take it for granted what these brave people have been through and continue to do. I love my country with all of my heart, and we owe our veterans the utmost of our respect.

Heart Wrenching. Thank you for the reminder. We need to pray for our service men & women for their safety.
I hate war.
But that was very touching. Thanks for sharing.
This was perfect Heather. It just is a good reminder for all of us!
Thanks for sharing. It's always good to remember our men and women, past and present, who put themselves in harm's way.
God bless our military.

Thank you for remembering, Heather.
Thanks for sharing this video, it is numbing and a needed reminder of why we should be grateful for our freedoms.
