Africa anyone
Alright, after having a few days to mull it over I am convinced I need to make a trip to Africa. For the fabulous safari experience you ask? NO, (although I would love that), I am referring to the last two fast & testimony meetings where people have gotten up and referred to the silence of the children in the congregations in Africa. Obvious to anyone in the 6th ward, I must go and learn their secrets. I would love to refrain from whispering death threats into Kaden's ear every other minute, but at this point that is my only strategy to getting through Sacrament meeting. So I guess if anyone else is up for it- lets make a visit to the Nigerian 12th ward.

I'm totally in for Africa! I was noting particularly on Sunday how LOUD our Sacrament was...you know it's really bad when every visiting speaker that comes comments on the noise level! And 6th ward seems to have a rep around the stake, and I don't think it's one we really want....
Actually if you think about it, we've been competely isolated from all other outside human contact!
"...Um yes, everyone in 1st and 3rd Wards- please kindly exit to the left and make way for 6th Ward."
Why do I feel like the blessing of having children is really more like a curse of the black plague!?

It's nice to know that someone else does the mean mom whisper! Rebecca's right--everybody else wants to get out of the building before 6th ward enters!
I'm in on the trip to Africa. Try coming to my ward where you can hear not ONLY my loud children, you can hear my mean wisper. Be grateful you are in a loud ward, it elimanates you being the only cause of the noise!!!
Obviously, the one thing those who compare us to the wards in Africa failed to tell us is that their ward DOESN'T meet in the middle of prime nap time! What do they expect of these poor, sleep-deprived children??
