Get me out of this twister, on the double!

Remember in the wizard of Oz when Dorothy is in the house and sees the Wicked Witch flying around in the "twister"? That's me! No, not Dorothy. The witch. (That was established long ago.) Life is so completely chaotic and jam packed that when I see someone it's only long enought to cackle and wave and then I'm gone, thrown back into the whirlwind.

Let me give you an example. Yesterday Karen stopped by and I don't think we had 4 minutes of conversation without interruption. Kids, phone, people going into labor, visiting teaching, coordinating Birthday surprises, figuring out YW stuff. The list is endless. The madness has to end at some point. It does, right??

Or not.

I keep thinking, "Okay. Once this is over it will calm down."

There is no end in sight... But just to be safe I'm holding out until after the Holidays until I officially give up.

I know exactly how you feel! Unfortunately, I think that's how a lot of us feel these days! You are right, maybe after the Holidays life will get better! I hope so!

I don't think it ever slows down, you just change different types of "busy". Sometimes I seriously just want to hole up and be a hermit for weeks at a time.

Hey, I thoroughly enjoyed those 4 minute spurts....

Hang in there! You are Superwoman which is why you are asked to do so many things, so take some time for yourself, lock the door and unplug the phone.

And don't forget...this too, shall pass.

I love the comparison to the Wicked Witch in the twister. Just picturing you cackling and waving a hello is very funny! However, I would argue that you should be Glenda the Good Witch, maybe still stuck in the twister, but you are definitely THE GOOD WITCH!

As long as blogging doesn't get tossed by the wayside....

With so many talents it's no wonder you are tugged in so many directions. You can do it!

Isn't life fun? I'm just hoping for a temporary slow down. Yeah. I'd take just a day or two of nothing to do...

Ugg. I Know what you're saying. I think everyone is working so hard to keep December from being too busy, that they've moved everything into November instead.

Now I'm looking forward to December so things will slow down.

I totally know how you feel, though I probably shouldn't complain because you are way busier than I am. Hang in there and take care of yourself!
