I'm Not Big on Studying...

but I decided to do a little reading before the main event.

Next Friday morning as I head for Portland, you may hear some girlie squeals erupt from my mouth. I can't wait. For real.

I am so jealous of you right now. I may even go so far as to say, "Green With Envy". (Pun TOTALLY intended) Wish I was gonna be there!

Ok, I think I'm going to be the last person on this planet who doesn't have a facebook account and hasn't seen this musical. Oh well.

I can't wait either! I don't know if I'm more excited for the play, the food or just some time without my (lovely) kids!!!!

I started to read the book a few months ago, but took it back because I was actually shocked by the content. I have heard however, that the play is nothing like the book. Go figure!

Yeah, I've read the book and it is totally trashy, I had to skip some parts. But as for the play, it is AMAZING and SO different from the book, thank goodness! You're going to have a great time! Stick around after the show and ask where the actors come out and you can get pictures and autographs :)

Daisy's going to catch Wicked with her father & grandparents during spring break. she's just as giddy as you are! that's all that's been coming out of any given cd/mp3 player in the house lately, and a few times I found her just studying my Wicked piano book! lol. she absolutely CANNOT WAIT! hope you have a good time next weekend. =) I would love to see it too, but I figure she can have this memory with her dad and that's ok with me. TTYL.

I read the book not to long ago and really disliked it, it was depressing and not just a little bit nasty. but like the others I have heard that the play is great nothing like the book, have fun.
