Last night Jeremy and I loaded the kids up to enjoy our high ranking status in the retail world. Since Jer's brother works for Target, we got invited to friends and family opening of the W. Richland Target.
Which means not only were we lucky enough to shop the store 16 hours earlier than most "regular" customers we sampled Starbucks Smoothies, ate petit fours, got rocking Pharmacy Gift Bags, and even a $10 gift card. Eat your heart out Oscar Hosts, we may not have Prada in our gift bags- but we got a whole lotta Pepsid, Tums, razors, contact solution, and Burts Bees Lipgloss.
Oh yeah, how cool was it to be me last night??

Jealous, Jealous, but that is way cool! How awesome to be able to shop there before the rest of us! I was wondering what day it actually opened. So now I know. How is the new RED STORE?? Is it just huge and have a lot of inventory? I can't wait to go scope it out! What a fun night!

So jealous! I just got back from there. It was fabu-LESS! No crazy people, my kids kept commenting on how clean it was and how everything was stocked. Plus it was so nice to stop by Starbuck's on my way out the door and pick up a warm Carmel Apple Cider - YUMM-O!!!

I would have loved to have been there. I think Target owes me a lifetime VIP pass for all of the money I have spent in their store. Can't wait to check it out, thanks for this post, I wouldn't have known when it opened either. It hasn't been very publicized has it, or have I just been living in a cave?
